About Kelsey Nowak, PT, DPT, PRPC
Kelsey Nowak, PT, DPT, PRPC, is passionate about helping individuals with both new onset and chronic diagnoses involving the pelvic floor, extremities, and spine. With advanced training in manual therapy, dry needling, and fascial release, she takes a comprehensive, multi-modal approach to patient care.
Kelsey provides specialized physical therapy for all pelvic floor diagnoses, including pelvic pain, urinary and bowel incontinence, constipation, abdominal pain, painful intercourse, comprehensive peripartum care, blocked milk ducts, and prevention of recurrent mastitis. She also has extensive expertise in orthopedic physical therapy, treating spine conditions, post-surgical recovery, headaches, and sports medicine populations.
Born and raised in Alberta, Canada, Kelsey had the honor of playing hockey for the University of Minnesota, where she was twice named team captain and helped lead the Gophers to an NCAA Championship in 2004. Today, she and her husband enjoy coaching their two children’s sports teams and spending family time on the lake.
